Bond it Eco Cem Klene can be utilized undiluted or diluted for the treatment of various areas and tools. Ideal for cleaning tools, cement mixers, and eliminating efflorescence and mortar stains from walls, patios, and paths. When diluted, it serves as a versatile cleaner for addressing ingrained dirt, grease, and stains on concrete.
APPLICATION
Before application, thoroughly wet the surface with clean water. Test a small inconspicuous area first to ensure suitability.
Tools:
- Use ECO CEM-KLENE undiluted. It effectively removes fresh cured cement and wet or semi-cured cement from tools.
- For lightly soiled tools, spray directly and leave for 15 minutes; for heavily stained items, leave for up to 3 hours.
- Stubborn stains can be tackled with a scourer. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. When cleaning mixing equipment, it is recommended to use a power washer, ideally with hot water.
Surfaces:
- Moisten surfaces and either spray directly, avoiding mist formation onto the stain, or brush from top to bottom, ensuring the correct dilution rate is followed.
- Allow approximately 5-10 minutes before rinsing with a hose or power washer, using a brush if necessary. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface; it must be thoroughly rinsed away.
Ingrained Dirt and Stains:
- Wet surfaces thoroughly before application and use ECO CEM-KLENE diluted to 1 part to 9 parts water. Always test a small area first if unsure.
Paths, Patios, Walls, Vertical Surfaces & Light Mortar Stains:
- For light mortar stains, use a dilution rate of 2 parts water to 1 part ECO CEM-KLENE.
- For medium to heavy mortar stains, opt for a dilution rate of 1 part water to 1 part ECO CEM-KLENE. These rates serve as guidelines and should be tested on surfaces before full-scale application.
Kitchens:
- Suitable for internal use. It can be used near stainless steel, but any overspray should be promptly removed to prevent corrosion.
LIMITATIONS
Not suitable for application on marble, granite, or travertine surfaces. This product has the potential to cause discoloration on colored concrete or pavers. Avoid use on soft metals like lead, copper, aluminum, or brass, and prevent overspray on these metals.
Promptly remove any excess or spills with clean water. Do not apply to dry surfaces or allow ECO CEM-KLENE to dry on the surface. Ensure thorough rinsing of equipment to prevent rusting or corrosion.
