WEBSITE ORDERS:
Postage days are Monday to Friday unless otherwise agreed.
Please allow 3-5 working days from despatch for orders to arrive.
If one or more of your items are out of stock, you will be notified by email that your order has been placed on hold.
All our shipping prices are calculated by weight. Please see below for a breakdown:
5kg or less – £5.99
15kg – 30kg – £7.99
30kg – 60kg – £16.99
Please note, that any orders over 30kg will arrive in multiple packages.
TRADE CREDIT ACCOUNTS:
Our trade customers will receive free delivery on all orders over the value of £400.00
All orders below that value will be subject to a delivery charge.
TRACKING:
All our shipments are tracked and sent with DPD. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email notification which will include your tracking information.
Please note, shipping estimates are from despatch date.
FORCE MAJEURE:
Sealant Supplies Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
PROOF OF DELIVERY:
You accept that the following records will be proof that a parcel has been delivered.
the recipient’s signature (including HHT signature or image, including GPS location) for the parcel if the parcel has been delivered to the address.
a neighbour’s or site operative’s signature (including HHT signature or image, including GPS Location) for the parcel if the parcel has been delivered to a neighbour or site.
a safe place photo, or a drop card for the parcel if the parcel has been left in a safe place.
* All items are dispatched within 48 hours – Although this is standard, some orders may take slightly longer than usual.
** Our shipping is UK Mainland only; we reserve the right to cancel any non-mainland orders.
