Cromar AlphaChem Mortar Stain Remover is a hydrochloric acid designed to dissolve cement and mortar stains found on brickwork, concrete, paving, and render.
APPLICATION
- Ensure the use of appropriate protective gloves, clothing, and eye/face protection at all times.
- Familiarize yourself with the Safety Data Sheet before utilizing the product.
- Prior to full-scale application, dampen the area with water and conduct a test on a small, inconspicuous section.
- Pour the product into a plastic container (avoid metal containers) and apply it to the substrate using a scrubbing brush, ensuring thorough removal of ingrained dirt.
- Allow the product to sit for 20 minutes before scrubbing the area again with clean water. Repeat the process if necessary.
- After use, thoroughly rinse all treated areas with clean water to neutralize the cleaner and eliminate loose dirt and grime.
- When using on patios, dilute the solution with water (1:1 ratio) and always add the Mortar Stain Remover to the water, not the other way around, to prevent any adverse reactions. Apply the diluted solution and rinse with clean water as instructed above.
LIMITATIONS
- Prior to widespread application, it is advisable to conduct a test in a small, inconspicuous region.
- Dilution is advisable for sensitive regions. Caution should be exercised when applying to internal surfaces, natural stone, and colored paving—perform a trial in a discreet spot beforehand.
- The user is accountable for verifying the suitability of the product for their intended application.
