Bond It Anchor Bond is a versatile two-part system applied simultaneously, creating a cost-effective and resilient chemical-resistant fastening. This cost-effective solution provides a tough and chemical-resistant fixing in a single action. Well-suited for everyday applications such as railings, steel structures, satellite dishes, fire surrounds, gates, sanitary fixings/towel holders, pipes, and lamps. The use of Anchor Bond ensures that the fixing becomes an integral part of the substrate, distributing the load across the entire fixing area. This is particularly beneficial in comparison to the use of plastic plugs or mechanical fixings, especially in friable or cracked substrates.
Shelf Life: 12 months from date of manufacture when stored in unopened cartridges.
Storage Conditions: Store in a dry area between 5oC and 25oC. Keep out of direct sunlight. Storage at higher temperatures will reduce the shelf life

Bond it Anchor Bond designed for anchoring bolts, studs, wall ties, starter bars, large screws, and more into a diverse array of substrates. Compatible with brickwork, concrete, masonry, stone, and PFA blocks. ANCHOR BOND, when used in conjunction with a sleeve or sieve, can securely fasten to hollow base materials.
This solution offers chemical resistance, waterproofing capabilities, and vibration-proof characteristics for reliable and durable fastening.
APPLICATION
Attach the mixing nozzle to the cartridge by screwing it on hand-tight. Insert the ANCHOR BOND cartridge into the dispensing gun and squeeze the hand trigger a few times until the material flows through the mixing nozzle. Allow the material to flow until it achieves a consistent color, typically 5-6 inches.
Insert the nozzle into the base of the hole and extrude the material, filling approximately half of the hole with resin. Withdraw the nozzle, then insert the fixing into the filled hole, slowly rotating to ensure full coverage of the surface. After application, release the pressure from the dispensing gun.
Remove the used mixing nozzle and wipe away any excess material from the end of the cartridge. Once the resin has cured, the fixture can be attached to the fixing and fully tightened. Avoid over-pressurizing the cartridge to prevent potential leakage from the rear pistons.
