Cromar AlphaChem Polyurethane 30 Minute Wood Adhesive is a premium solvent-free polyurethane wood bonding adhesive designed for a multitude of internal and external applications that demand a slightly extended curing period. This adhesive boasts full waterproofing to EN 204 D4 standards, ensuring durability even in harsh weather conditions, alongside exceptional resistance to aging, chemicals, and temperatures ranging from -30 to +100°C. Storage:
- Store Polyurethane 30 Minute in its unopened state in dry conditions within a temperature range of 5-25°C.
- In colder climates, it’s recommended to precondition the product at approximately 20°C before usage.
- Keep out of reach of children to ensure safety.
- When stored according to instructions, the product maintains its integrity for up to 12 months.

Cromar AlphaChem Polyurethane 30 Minute Wood Adhesive is ideal for:
- Adhering wood to various substrates, including all types of timber such as engineered timber, laminates, and most metals.
- Wood jointing applications in both construction and manufacturing settings.
- Filling gaps in uneven or imperfect joints, ensuring a seamless finish.
APPLICATION
- Ensure that surfaces intended for bonding are thoroughly cleaned, dry, and free from any dust, grease, or other contaminants that could interfere with the bonding process. If cleaning is necessary, utilize methylethylketone (MEK) or acetone, ensuring compatibility with the substrates.
- Trim the thread and nozzle of the adhesive cartridge to the desired size, then apply using a sealant gun while wearing protective gloves.
- Before application, lightly dampen the substrates (be cautious not to over-wet). Apply the adhesive to one surface only.
- Join the substrates together and apply even pressure within 10 minutes of adhesive application. Secure with clamps until the adhesive has sufficiently cured to allow handling of the bonded item, typically around 30 minutes.
- Any uncured material can be removed using Alpha Chem Grafters All Trades Wipes. Once curing is complete, carefully trim any excess material with a sharp knife. Note that the curing time may vary depending on the moisture content of the substrates and ambient temperature.
LIMITATIONS
- At least one of the substrates intended for bonding should possess porosity or permeability.
- The user bears the responsibility of ensuring the suitability of the product for the intended application.
