Bond It Mould Stop effectively eliminates various types of active mildew, lichens, organic green growth, algae, and more from diverse surfaces such as brick, stone, roof tiles, corrugated iron, lead, built-up felt, concrete, wood, tarmacadam, painted surfaces, decking, garden furniture, paviours, plastic, and glass. Ideal for a wide range of applications including home use, garden maintenance, caravans, boats, public walkways, farmyards, kennels, stables, and can even be applied to fabric awnings after checking for color fastness. Suitable for both internal and external use.
APPLICATION
It is advisable to use this product when rain is not expected and only in well-ventilated areas. Ensure that the surface to be treated is free from loose material, dirt, and grease. Apply the product undiluted, using a spray, soft broom, paintbrush, or watering can. Ensure even application to the surface, covering cracks and crevices thoroughly. Allow a few days for drying to ensure the product reaches its full strength.
This solution effectively eliminates mold and algae within 2-3 days of application, providing protection against re-growth for an extended period. Stubborn areas of growth may require additional applications. Any residue should naturally weather away over time. Note: Due to variations in surfaces, it is recommended to test the product on a small, inconspicuous area to determine suitability before widespread use. The responsibility lies with the user to ascertain suitability.
LIMITATION
This product may cause scorching of foliage upon contact; however, limited run-off is unlikely to damage roots. Exercise caution around fish ponds; though a few drops entering the water should not harm fish or pond life, it is advisable to prevent such occurrences. The use of plastic implements for application is recommended. After use, rinse thoroughly, and clean metal parts meticulously to prevent corrosion, as this product may have adverse effects on marble and certain metals. Refrain from pouring rinsing water onto plants or grass.
If the treated surface is to undergo treatment with another product, it is advisable to sweep the surface with a stiff brush to remove dried material, wash it, and allow it to dry before the subsequent application.
