It offers an easy and effective way to enhance the aesthetic appeal of various cement mixes, allowing for creative and customized finishes in construction and decorative applications.

Key Points:

1. Vibrant Colour Options: Cement Dye provides a wide range of vibrant and attractive colours to choose from. Whether you’re looking to achieve a natural earthy tone or a bold and contemporary shade, this pigment powder offers versatility and allows you to create the desired visual effect in your cement-based projects.

2. Easy to Use: Incorporating the Cement Dye into your cement mix is a straightforward process. Simply add the desired amount of pigment powder to the dry cement or mortar mix and thoroughly blend it until the colour is evenly distributed. The powder mixes easily, ensuring convenient application and consistent colour throughout the project.

3. Durable and Fade-Resistant: The pigments used in it are specifically formulated to be durable and fade-resistant. The colours remain vibrant and true even when exposed to harsh weather conditions, UV radiation, and general wear and tear. This ensures long-lasting colour retention, maintaining the visual appeal of your cement-based structures over time.

4. Versatile Application: Cement dye is suitable for various cement-based applications, including bricklaying, rendering, pointing, and paving. It can be used in both interior and exterior projects, allowing for consistent colouration and providing endless possibilities for decorative finishes, architectural detailing, and landscaping designs.

Note: It is recommended to conduct a small test batch to determine the desired colour intensity before proceeding with larger projects. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions regarding the recommended dosage and blending ratios for optimal results. Proper surface preparation and curing practices should be observed to achieve the desired colour and ensure long-lasting performance.

  • For lighter colours, use less dye.
  • It’s a good idea to make a test sample first to figure out how much dye you need.
  • Remember that the colour will lighten as the cement dries.

  • It is not suitable for structural concrete.
  • It is not suitable for lime-based mixes.
  • When working on a large project requiring multiple mixes, variations in batches of sand, cement, and dye may lead to slight shade differences.
  • Inconsistent mix ratios, finishing techniques, and curing environments can also result in minor shade variations.
  • Do not exceed 5 kilograms of dye per 50 kilograms of cement to avoid compromising the quality of the mortar.
