Cromar AlphaChem D3 Wood Adhesive is a premium solution for wood bonding with the following key features:
Cromar AlphaChem D3 Wood Adhesive is ideal for a wide range of applications including interior and exterior woodworking, joinery projects, household tasks, DIY endeavors, and furniture assembly, this water-resistant adhesive seamlessly bonds wood together, forming durable, high-strength joints that are both permanent and impact-resistant.
APPLICATION
- Ensure that the surfaces intended for bonding are clean, dry, and devoid of any dust, grease, or other contaminants.
- Apply a thin, even layer of D3 Wood Adhesive to both surfaces, being careful not to apply too much.
- Securely clamp the surfaces together until the adhesive fully cures, typically within 1-2 hours for drying and complete curing within 8 hours, depending on the temperature.
- When fitting dowels, apply the adhesive directly into the holes.
- Any excess wet adhesive can be removed using a damp cloth, while cured adhesive should be sanded off before staining the wood. Please note: The adhesive appears white upon application but dries to a clear finish.
