Important: Over time, surfaces may not fully revert to their original appearance due to natural weathering and aging. Stubborn stains from oil and grease may not be entirely eradicated. While algae and mold will be promptly eliminated upon application, complete removal may not occur; any remaining residue can be brushed off after 7 days.

Cromar AlphaChem Brick & Patio Cleaner offers rapid and efficient cleaning, targeting oil, grease, moss, and lichen buildup on concrete paths, tarmac drives, patios, and block-paved areas. Its quick-acting formula ensures immediate and effective results, making it a reliable choice for outdoor surface maintenance.
APPLICATION
- Use a stiff brush to remove significant accumulations of algae and moss.
- Brick & Patio Cleaner comes ready to use and does not need dilution.
- Apply the cleaner using a low-pressure spray or a watering can with a rose attachment.
- Scrub the surface vigorously with a stiff brush and allow it to sit for 15 minutes.
- Rinse off any remaining residue thoroughly with water while continuing to brush, ensuring to wear goggles for eye protection throughout the process.
LIMITATIONS
Caution: Surfaces may become slippery during cleaning, so it’s essential to wear suitable footwear. Protect adjacent surfaces, and if contamination occurs, thoroughly wash affected areas with water.
- Prior to use on new paving, it’s advisable to conduct a test patch as discolouration may occur. This product contains dilute hydrochloric acid.
- Not recommended for use on Indian Stone paving.
- As the manufacturer cannot anticipate all potential uses, it is the user’s responsibility to determine suitability for their specific application.
