Note: Before applying Bond It Easiseal Pro, ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and loose particles. Cut the cartridge nozzle to the desired size and apply the sealant using a standard sealant gun, following the manufacturer’s instructions for proper technique and joint design. Allow sufficient curing time before subjecting the sealed area to stress or exposure to moisture. Store the cartridge in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Bond It Easiseal Pro is suitable for applications in wet room tanking, groundwork tanking, and waterproofing balconies and terraces (when topped with a screed and tiles), EASISEAL PRO stands out with its high UV resistance. This material, characterized by crack bridging, non-shrinking, and non-cracking properties, is versatile for tasks such as repairing flat roofs, sloping roofs, leaking flashing, guttering, roof lights, and cracked roofing panels.
Leveraging hybrid technology, EASISEAL PRO remains flexible even in cold conditions and exhibits exceptional stability across a broad temperature range (-50°C to +120°C). It demonstrates resilience to UV radiation, external chemical attacks, and the aging process, maintaining resistance to discoloration. With superb adhesion capabilities, EASISEAL PRO bonds effectively to concrete, brick, stone, lead, metals, glass, wood, bitumen/asphalt*, uPVC, and GRP roof panels, as well as most plastics. Its application is suitable for both vertical and horizontal surfaces.
In addition to its primary uses, EASISEAL PRO is also an excellent choice for safeguarding wooden fence posts and stakes against wet rot when buried underground. By creating an impermeable seal, it effectively repels water damage, ensuring long-lasting protection.
APPLICATION
Apply EASISEAL PRO onto the surface using a brush, short pile roller, trowel, or squeegee. While EASISEAL PRO can be utilized as a single-coat application, we advise applying two coats. The second coat should be administered to achieve a total thickness of 2mm. Ensure that the first coat is thoroughly dry and suitable for walking on before applying the second coat. Typically, this requires a minimum curing time of 8 hours, preferably overnight, and the application should be at a right angle to the initial coat.
LIMITATIONS
Avoid applying EASISEAL PRO when anticipating temperatures below 5°C within the next 24 hours. This product is not suitable for use on low surface energy plastics such as PE, PP, and PTFE. Before proceeding, test the adhesion to EPDM sheets on a small area. Do not use on surfaces prone to oil or plasticizer bleeding. Damp substrates may result in coating blisters. Failure to achieve the minimum thickness may lead to cracks and structural failure in the coating. Only walk on roof surfaces restored with EASISEAL PRO for maintenance purposes.
