Cromar AlphaChem PVCu Activator is an essential component that, when paired with AlphaChem high viscosity superglue, facilitates the rapid formation of a high-strength bond in just 10 seconds.

Versatile Application: Specifically designed for use on PVC, PVCu, and various plastics, offering versatility across different materials and surfaces, including rough and vertical surfaces.
Non-Yellowing Formula: PVCu Activator ensures that bonded surfaces retain their original color, as it does not cause yellowing over time, maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the application.
Environmentally Friendly: Formulated without harmful compounds such as Chlorofluorocarbons or Methylene Chloride, ensuring safety and environmental responsibility.
Discoloration Precaution: While designed to prevent yellowing, excessive use may lead to discoloration on UPVC surfaces. A patch test on a hidden surface is recommended where discoloration is a concern, allowing users to assess compatibility beforehand.
Keep the product stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight. It is optimal to store it within a temperature range of +5°C to +25°C. Ensure the container is tightly closed to maintain product integrity.

Cromar PVCu Activator is suitable for PVC, PVCu, and various plastic applications due to its non-yellowing properties*. Effective on both rough and vertical surfaces.
APPLICATION
- Ensure that all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned, dry, and free from any dust, grease, or other contaminants.
- Substrates must be smooth and have a perfectly connected area.
- Lightly spray the activator over one of the surfaces and allow it to dry.
- Apply a thin layer of the superglue to the other surface.
- Immediately join the substrates together and press firmly for one minute. Depending on the substrates and temperature, a bond will typically form in 2 to 10 seconds.
LIMITATIONS
- Avoid exposure to intense light and heat sources.
- Take care to avoid contact with skin or eyes, as it can cause serious injury to the eyes.
- If the applied activator is dripping off the substrate as a liquid, it indicates excessive application, which may result in surface discoloration or staining.
- Extremely flammable; keep away from sources of ignition.
- *A patch test is recommended on a hidden surface to assess compatibility with the substrate, including potential discoloration.
- Pressurized container: May burst if heated.
- It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the product’s suitability for their intended use.
