Cromar AlphaChem Roof & Gutter Sealant is specifically designed for external weather sealing. Its non-drying composition makes it particularly well-suited for lap joints, ensuring a weatherproof seal. Even when applied in thin sections between two mechanically fixed sheet materials, it maintains its sealing integrity, providing reliable protection against the elements.
APPLICATION
- Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, or other contaminants before application.
- Remove loose surface material by brushing.
- Seal powdery surfaces with an alkaline-resistant sealer.
- Avoid using Roof & Gutter Sealant in constant water immersion situations.
- Clean tools with White Spirit or a similar cleaner after use.
