Bond It Power Frost is a high-quality additive specifically formulated to protect mortar and concrete from frost damage. Designed for use in cold weather conditions, this concentrated frostproofer provides reliable frost resistance and ensures the durability of construction materials even in freezing temperatures.
Key Points:
1. Superior Frost Protection: Power Frost offers excellent frost resistance, safeguarding mortar and concrete from the harmful effects of freezing temperatures. It helps prevent the formation of ice crystals within the material, reducing the risk of cracking, spalling, and deterioration caused by frost.
2. Increased Durability: By incorporating Power Frost into mortar and concrete mixes, you enhance their overall durability. It improves the resistance to freeze-thaw cycles, ensuring that the construction materials maintain their structural integrity and longevity even in harsh winter conditions.
3. Easy Application: This concentrated frostproofer is easy to apply and can be conveniently mixed with water before adding it to the mortar or concrete mix. Its user-friendly nature allows for hassle-free integration, ensuring consistent and uniform frost protection throughout the project.
4. Versatile Use: Power Frost is suitable for various applications, including bricklaying, rendering, and general concrete works. It can be used in both domestic and commercial projects, providing reliable frost protection to a wide range of construction materials.
Note: Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and recommended dosage when using Power Frost. It is essential to ensure proper mixing, handling, and storage of the product. Additionally, proper surface preparation and curing practices should be observed to achieve optimal frost resistance.

Bond It Power Frost is used to facilitate construction throughout the year, even in conditions of low ambient temperatures that typically slow down production, Bond It POWER-FROST proves invaluable. This product enhances the hydration process, expediting cure rates and enabling a decrease in the overall volume of gauging water required. Consequently, the frost resistance of the mortar or concrete is improved.
The denser composition of the final mortar or concrete results in an enhanced resistance to both oil and water. When used undiluted with Portland cement, it becomes effective in sealing holes caused by pressure leaks. Introducing POWER-FROST into the mix not only improves workability but also boosts strength gain and resistance to water penetration. This additive allows for a reduction of up to 15% in gauging water, contributing to reduced curing times and shrinkage.
APPLICATION
Remember to shake the product thoroughly before using. Incorporate POWER-FROST into the gauging water, maintaining a ratio of 500ml (half a bottle) per 25kg of cement.
Following the application of the mortar or concrete, adhere to standard precautions to safeguard against the effects of climatic conditions. In cases where there are pressure leaks, create a putty-like mixture by combining POWER-FROST with ordinary Portland cement. Press this mixture into the hole promptly, as it will initiate the curing process within 2 to 5 minutes under normal conditions.
LIMITATIONS
To use in temperatures below +4°C, it is advisable to employ hot water. Refrain from usage if the temperature is +2°C and dropping.
