Cromar AlphaChem All Weather is a versatile adhesive and filler designed to excel in all weather conditions. This multi-purpose solution is uniquely formulated to perform even in rain and on wet or oily surfaces, making it indispensable for various applications. Specifically crafted as a bitumen and asphalt adhesive, it also adheres to most common substrates.

Cromar AlphaChem is ideal for the following applications:
- Suitable for all external roofline and weatherproofing applications.
- Adheres directly to wood, concrete, brick, metal, glass, and most plastics without the need for primer.
- Compatible with bitumen and asphalt, making it ideal for roof repairs.
- Perfect for filling gaps in roof panels and around window and door frames, as well as for jointing guttering.
APPLICATION
- Store cartridges at room temperature prior to use.
- Ensure all surfaces are clean, sound, and free from dust. Wet smooth surfaces; dry porous ones.
- Fill any gaps or voids with a suitable backer rod.
- Cut the thread and nozzle to the desired size, then apply using an AlphaChem Professional Sealant Gun.
- Smooth down with a spatula dampened with plenty of soapy water.
- AlphaChem All Weather will become tack-free after 10-15 minutes. Allow 24 hours for complete curing before overpainting.
- Remove uncured product with Cromar White Spirit; mechanically remove cured product.
- Users are responsible for disposing of all packaging correctly.
LIMITATIONS
- Suitable for exterior use only.
- Not intended for use in aquarium manufacture.
- Prolonged underwater immersion may cause yellowing, but overall product quality remains unaffected.
- When using solvent-containing paints, drying time may be prolonged. Always conduct a small test in an inconspicuous area before full-scale use.
- Users are responsible for determining suitability for their specific application.
